Transfer students

Question: I would like to know if your school accepts transfer students from another continent for particularly school of medicine?

The answer of Vice Rector of Academic Affairs Marina Lavrikova: According to clause 7.3 (a) of "Rules of Education on SPbU Main Educational Programmes of Higher and Secondary Professional Education" a student of higher educational institute can be transferred to SPbU only in case his home institution is included in the list of higher education institutions approved by the Decree of the Russian Federation Government dated 21.05.2012 №811-p "On Confirmation of the List of Foreign Educational Organizations Issuing Foreign Documents on Education and /or Qualification in the Russian Federation" and there is an agreement on student exchange. Student can be transferred only to the tuition fee (contractual) basis.

Regulations of admission in 2014 will be published on the SPbU website (Admission Committee webpage) not later than 01.02.2014
