About student exchage between SPbU and University of Indonesia

Question:  hi, there... I would like to express my obsession to take exchange program at SPBGU.
as a graduate Russian Literature at University of Indonesia and a year experience at MGU Moscow for exchange student.
Is there any change for me to take the opportunity to take the exchange student at SPBGU?

The answer of Vice-rector of Academic Affairs Marina Lavrikova: In 2005 a Memorandum of Understanding between SPbU and University of Indonesia was signed as a framework agreement between universities. For students exchange between the universities on tuition-free basis a detailed students exchange protocol must be signed. As at the moment such a protocol doesn’t exist, your acceptance to SPbU non-degree education on tuition-free basis is not possible. For that reason you can be accepted to non-degree studies in SPbU only as a fee-paying student.
