I would like to ask you the following: I am holder of a MD from IUFS, see: www.iufs.ru, www.iufs.info, are you having Apostille services in order to have my MD apostilled from the propiate Russian Authority? and a second one qu , will you issue me a state of comparability or a certificate of recognition for my MD Diploma. If you please email me with the propiate info’s! In order to know which steps should I follow!

In response to your inquiry, we report that St Petersburg University does not certify documents with apostilles.
A confirmation that a certain educational credential and/or qualification document has been issued by certifying it with an apostille is carried out in accordance with the regulations established by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No 611 dated 20 July 2013, which you can find here.
