English Question: I am seeking to complete my study. I am studying Master in Computer and Automation Engineering and I couldn't finish it because of our circumstances in Syria.
May you please guide me to find solution.
I work in major of aircraft flight using intelligent control. I have designed Neuro-Fuzzy Controller using System Identification and Fuzzy clustering to control an aircraft in the space.
Education:
Bachelor of Computer and Automation Engineering, Discipline, Damascus University, Damascus, Syria 2004-2009.
My grades were the second out of 200 students.
I have been awarded four prizes during the course of my five years course.
The answer of Vice Rector of Academic Affairs Marina Lavrikova: I would like to inform you that you can be admitted to SPbU to the main educational Master programme. In 2013 SPbU held admissions for such programmes as "Fundamental Informatics and Information Technologies", "Applies Mathematics and Informatics", "Mathematics and Mathematical Models", "Applied Mathematics and Physics". SPbU held admission at the expense of the Russian Federation budget on basis of assignment letters issued by the Russian Federation Ministry of Education and Science and on the fee-paying (contractual) basis. Information on admission procedures for foreign citizens to SPbU in 2013 can be found here.
Admission procedures to SPbU in 2014 will be published on SPbU official webpage (on Admission Committee webpage) not later than 01.02.2014.
