Question: I am a school student and I am considering studying in Saint-Petersburg. Could you, please, help me with my questions?
At first - do you have Bachelor or Specialist programmes with studying in English in Economy, International Relations, Politology or Sociology?
Second - what are the admission requirements? Exams?
Third - How much does the education cost?

All Bachelor programs at the SPbU are delivered in Russian language. Admission requirements to the applicants aiming to study at a fee-paying basis include examinations at the SPbU. List of admission tests for foreign applicants you can find here.
For applicants who do not know Russian language yet, the SPbU offers a preparatory course of Russian language that lasts 10 months. Upon completion of the course students obtain a graduation certificate from SPbU department of languages. Students can also take a state examination “Test of Russian as Foreign Language” (TORFL) and obtain a certificate of a correspondent level (TORFL 1 for Bachelor programs, TORFL 2 – for MS programs) that is required for applications to enter SPbU.
