Question: Respected Madam I did complete my LLM degree from Pakistan in the year 2006 and I am regular practicing Lawyer at High Court Peshawar KP, Pakistan since 2009.I want to get admission in Phd in Crime and Criminology.Requist information and guideline please.
The answer of Vice Rector of Academic Affairs Marina Lavrikova: In 2013 applicants were admitted to SPbU aspirantura either to places financed from the Russian Federation Federal budget or on contract (fee-paying) basis. Admission was available, among others, to the programme of postgraduate professional education “Criminal Law and Criminology; Criminal and Penal Law”. More detailed information about admission to SPbU aspirantura in 2013 can be found here.
In view of the Federal Law dated 29.12.2012 № 273-ФЗ “On Education in the Russian Federation” coming into force, a new Ministry of Education and Science Order on admission to main educational postgraduate programmes (aspirantura) is being prepared. In accordance to the timelines stated in the Order, new Rules of Admission to SPbU Aspirantura in 2014 will come into force. The Rules will be published on SPbU Admission Committee website.
