The answer of Vice-Rector of Academic Affairs Marina Lavrikova: In 2013 SPbU didn’t admit students to main educational Master’s programme “Electrical engineering”. Information on admission of foreign students to SPbU can be found on the webpage of SPbU Admission Committee.

Applicants are admitted to SPbU on competitive basis.

I’d like to draw your attention to the fact that admission to SPbU is possible either on fee-paying (contract) basis or to places financed from the Russian Federation Federal budget on basis of assignment letters issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

Rules of Admission to SPbU in 2014 will be published on the webpage of the SPbU Admission Committee not later than 01.02.2014.
