Question: I am from iraq I have a scholarship from the ministry of higher education in iraq ( financialy supported) I would like to get acceptance letter in the field of ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY for obtain PhD in this field.
The answer of Vice-Rector of Academic Affairs Marina Lavrikova: In 2013 admission of foreign students applications to SPbU PhD studies (aspirantura), at the expense of the Federal budget of the Russian Federation on basis of assignment letters issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, was conducted from 08.07.2013 to 31.07.2013. Admission of applications to SPbU on fee-paying (contractual) basis was conducted from 08.07.2013 to 19.08.2013 (12.00 Moscow time). In 2013 admission was conducted, among others, to main educational postgraduate (aspirantura) programme “Analytical Chemistry”.

It’s possible that in September 2013 additional application round for foreign citizens, who want to study in SPbU aspirantura on fee-paying (contractual) basis, will be open.
