Question: I am the coordinator for International Relations of the School of Agriculture - University of Basilicata - Italy. A student of ours, Dimitry Reda, wrote you about the possibility of spending a period at your institution as visiting student sarting in september - october. He speaks some Russian. We could support some of his expenses if he is accepted. I would be grateful if you could let us know about the possibilities and procedures. Thank you in advance
