Question: Hope this finds you well. I'm an international student from Qatar, and I'm interested in the BA in International Relations in the School of International Relations. I have a question regarding the program, is the language of instruction is English? Also, is there an application form to apply or is it online?

Documents required for admission to SPbU can be submitted in the digital form via the official SPbU website through the “Private Office” section. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that in case you are planning to apply to SPbU on budgetary basis, in accordance with the Russian Federation government decree dated 25.08.2008 № 638 “On cooperation with the foreign countries in the educational sphere” after submission of all the documents in the digital form you don’t have to be present for the admission contest. In case you are planning to apply on contractual (fee-paying) basis after submission of all the documents in the digital form you need to take the entrance exams personally.
