Places in dormitories of St Petersburg University are provided to students in accordance with the Regulations on the provision of places in dormitories of St Petersburg University (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations), according to the rules that are uniform for all students of the University.
According to paragraph 2.11 of the Regulations, students studying at the expense of federal budget allocations for basic full-time educational programs who are not provided with housing in St Petersburg and who apply for additional places in dormitories for their family members (provided that the family members are minor children of students who are not provided with housing in St Petersburg), places in the dormitory may be provided from September 01 to August 15 within one academic year based on personal applications from students, submitted through the student’s Personal Account (my.spbu.ru), or using another service, information about which is posted on the St Petersburg University website, with the child’s birth certificate attached to justify the need to provide an additional place in the dormitory.
Please note that, in accordance with paragraph 2.13 of the Regulations, family members of students who are not University students at the expense of federal budget appropriations (provided that the family members are the spouses of students who are not provided with living quarters in St Petersburg), places in the dormitory No. 9 (Khalturina St., 15, building 2) may be provided, if there are vacancies, after providing places to all nonresident and foreign full-time, part-time and part-time University students in need, as well as students in need of a place in a dormitory who are registered at their place of residence in St. Petersburg, for the period from November 01 to June 30, within the limits of one academic year.
