Places in the dormitories of St. Petersburg State University are provided to all nonresident and foreign full-time students of St. Petersburg State University who do not have permanent registration in St. Petersburg. Accommodation in dormitories is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on the provision of places in dormitories of the St. Petersburg State University (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations), according to the rules that are the same for all students of the University.
According to paragraph 2.12 of the Regulations, students studying in the basic educational programs of St. Petersburg State University who are not provided with living quarters in St. Petersburg and who are married may be provided with places to live together in dormitories located in the Petrodvorets district of St. Petersburg on the basis of personal applications submitted through the student’s Personal Account or using another service, information which is posted on the St. Petersburg State University website, accompanied by a marriage certificate for the spouses to substantiate the right to cohabitation.
