In order to get education verification and confirmation on diploma issuance you need to submit official request addressed to Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Ekaterina Babelyk. Your request shall be sent by mail service to Universitetskaya nab. 7/9, 199034 Saint-Petersburg, Russia or by fax: +7 812 328-97-88 or via E-mail: rector@spbu.ru.
Additionally let me inform you that educational programmes in the field of Dentistry are instructed at Saint-Petersburg University since 2002. If you have graduated from other university in Saint-Petersburg you should send diploma verification request to that institution.
