Question: I graduated in MA in political science and started Russian language course in (ннгу) that will be finished in July. I want to study phd international relations in (спбгу). and looked for supervisor in the site and found a professor (Бурков Владимир Германович) that his resume very close to my Thesis topic, but I dont know how I can connect to him and sent my resume,topic and other things? I didnt find his Email or the Email of (Кафедра международных отношений на постсоветском пространстве)! can you help me?

The Rules of Admission to SPbU in 2013 will be published on the SPbU official website in the “Admission to SPbU” not later than 01.06.2013.
Currently SPbU is considering introduction of a Doctor of “Field of Science” degree (PhD). Implementing of the degree will be held considering foreign countries experience which education systems presuppose the opportunity to get a PhD degree after finalizing postgraduate studies.
