About Admission to the Saint-Petersburg State University (15)

Question: Hello, I'm Vinicius from Brazil, in October/2012 I'm going to enter the Russian Language Training Program in Belgorod State University. And I plan to enroll SPbU in 2013. I would like to know when may I apply in 2013, considering I'll finish the language training in June/2013. And converting my school report in the russian grading system, my humanities marks are: History 4-5-5 / Geography 5-5-5 / Philosophy 5-5-5 etc. But my exacts marks (such as Maths/Physics) are "3" - "4". Do you think is it sufficient to enroll in the fee-paying program?
