English Question: I would like to apply for a master degree at Saint Petersburg University's Graduate School of Management. According to the pdf formatted guidelines "2015_gosliniya_rules_EN", applicants can submit their applications online through the website: abiturient.spbu.ru; however, I can find no Personal Account or Online Application page in the said website. Could you please be so kind as to advise me on how to submit my application online? Your kind support is highly appreciated
Answer: Thank you for your letter. Admission information for the coming academic year about places funded by the Russian Government is published at the web-site of the University. Personal account for applicants is available here.
You also need to submit Diploma of your previous education with legalization with diploma's notarized transcript (it should be notarized in Russia or in Russian embassy). You also should have an application for Admission to an educational program, copy of an identity document with the indication of nationality and photographs 3 x 4 (4 pieces), made during the calendar year.
