Question: Good Afternoon,

I hope you are well. I am trying to obtain a reference for a current student. I would be grateful if you could provide contact details for someone who can provide this. Thank you for your help and I look forward to hearing from you.

The answer of Vice-Rector of Academic Affairs Ekaterina Babelyuk:

Academic verification can be provided only as a reply to an officially signed and sealed request, obligatorily containing information about reasons for requesting, full name of the verification subject and a copy of the diploma. The request must be either mailed to Saint-Petersburg University (Universitetskaya emb. 7-9, Saint-Petersburg 199034,  Russia) or sent by fax to +7-812-328-97-88.

Please note that in accordance to Russian Federal Law personal data can be provided to other parties only with permission from the subject of the personal data. We kindly ask you to attach a written consent of the person whose education you want to verify.
