English Question: Dear Sir,
I'm from Istanbul University educated in Politics and International Relations Department same time which have right to obtain scholarship from Turkish Ministry of Education for Graduation and Master and Phd Programs in Russia. I analised and saw that St. Petersburg University suitable for my Works in in International Relations (in English language).
Morover, I have some questions that needs to be answered .
First,
How I will define as one of your student mean as Europen Students or Middle East Students? Because, it was announced that application time defferantiated as following:
'Deadlines:
01 March 2015 is for the applicants from the countries of the post-Soviet space;
01 April 2015 is for the applicants from Americas and Europe;
01 May 2015 is for the applicants from Africa, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific Region.
Second,
I am in preparing class for IELTS examination which needs some more mounth. I wonder that if I don't have IELTS score in application time, University I accepted its students conditionally for having related qualification request later?
Finally,
What is the last application date for 2015-2016 admission?

International applicants can be admitted to SPbU both to places on a fee-paying (contractual) basis and to places funded by the Russian Government (Scholarship includes tuition fee and academic scholarship).
Admission information for the coming academic year about places funded by the Russian Government will published at the web-site of the University assoon as it will be stated on the web-site. Information for the admission procedure of last year you may find here.

Deadline for application in 2015:
- April 01 - August 10: for applicants not requiring an entry visa
- April 01 - July 10: for applicants requiring an entry visa

Please mind, that admission requirements may vary with the reference to the program.
Here you may find an information about tuition fees for last year (tuition fees for 2015-2016 academic year will be publish before the 1st of June).
You also need to submit Diploma of your previous education with legalization with diploma's notarized transcript (it should be notarized in Russia or in Russian embassy). You also should have an application for Admission to an educational program, copy of an identity document with the indication of nationality and photographs 3 x 4 (4 pieces), made during the calendar year.A list of full requirement you may find here.
