Dear Sir/Madam, What are the requirements of postgraduation in otolargology .? Is there Phd in otolaryngology and can it be done staying back home?

International applicants can be admitted to SPbU both to places on a fee-paying (contractual) basis and to places funded by the Russian Government (Scholarship includes tuition fee and academic scholarship).
Information about places funded by the Russian Government (Scholarship includes tuition fee and academic scholarship) is not available yet. It will be published later here. Here you may find information about admission of past years.
Information about places on a fee-paying (contractual) basis will be available here in terms stated by Ministry of Science and Education of Russian Federation.
All information about exams, fees, terms and conditions will be published late on the web-site mentioned above.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any English-taught programs in medicine, so, you have to provide a certificate TORFL-2 (standard test in Russian language) to prove you can speak Russian fluently. We also do not have a possibility of distance education.
