Question: I graduated Faculty of Journalism in 2008, my major was International Journalism. Now I'm studying in Oregon State University, United State and my university asks for my transcript in russian and english. I know it is difficult to acomplish, but I really need them. Can You sent me Справка, so I can give them to my university? Thank you very much.

Lavrikova: To issue the documents you are requesting you should personally or through the authorized representative submit an official letter of request to the Academic Department in the field of Journalism of Saint-Petersburg University addressed to Vice-rector for Academic Affairs M.U. Lavrikova or sent a scan version of the official letter of request to the e-mail address bogdanova@edu.spbu.ru.
Correspond documents will be prepared by the staff of the Academic Department in the field of Journalism. You will be able to receive documents at the Final Assessment Department of the Academic Office by following address: Saint-Petersburg, Universitetskaya nab., 7/9, Office № 209, (Monday-Thursday from 10.00 to 17.45, Friday from 10.00 to 16:45, lunch break from 13.00 to 13.45, tel. 326-49-02, 328-97-36) or documents can be sent to your address mentioned in the letter of request.
