Question: I am a student from Indonesia, I receive a schollarship from Minister of Education and Science. Now I am studying Russian Language in Preparation Faculty (Подфак) in Volga State University of Technology, Yoskhar-Ola, Mari-El I really want to continue my studies in St. Petersburg University. Can you tell me, how do I can continue to studying in Saint-Petersburg State University, and the procedure like what.
The answer of Head of Admission Committy Egor Yablokov:In 2013 foreign citizens could apply to SPbU either to places financed from the Federal budget (within the quota established in the Decree of the Government dated 25.08.2008 № 638 “On Cooperation with Foreign Countries in Educational Sphere”) or on fee-paying basis.
