I graduated from the Faculty of International Relations in the year of 2013. I am currently applying master's courses in two Japanese universities. The admission offices of these two universities request to submit the official diploma and transcript of mine to each of them. Could you tell me please, is it possible to issue these two documents from Saint Petersburg State University?

Persons who have completed main educational degree program of higher education and passed final state examination successfully in accordance with established rules at SPbU are provided with the hard single copy of official diploma of SPbU. Duplicates of diploma and supplement (transcript) shall be issued only in case of damage or loss document.
For official issuance of diploma’s and supplement’s duplicate you should personally or by proxy to contact staff of Academic Office for international relations (address: 191060, Saint-Petersburg, Smolny str. 1/3, 8 doorway, room. 130, tel.: +7 (812) 576-61-94) in order to submit the following documents: application addressed to the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Ms. Ekaterina Babelyk (in any format), insertion on the recognition of diploma’ and supplement’s invalidity (with name, surname, second name (if any), and also attributes of diploma and supplement). Basing on the submitted documents Vice Rector for Academic Affairs will issue an order on issuance of duplicate of diploma and supplement and within 30 days from submission of documents diploma and supplement will be issued. You can get diploma’ and supplement’s duplicate personally or by proxy with notarized warrant at Final Examination Office (central Academic Office).
