To study Russian language

Question: I’m student 22 years old i would like to study Russian language course me and my friends for only one years general Russian language course as in my country im sill in the high school i didn't finish it yet. So do i need high school degree to can study Russian language course for one year dose it possible i study there if yes what i need to can study ? And how much it will cost me with the home stay and when can start , would you please tell me all the and what i need to can study please. Many thanks
