中文 Question: I have a Master degree (M.Sc) in Medical Laboratory Science specialist In ( Medical Microbiology ) from the Jordan University of Science and Technology in Jordan.
I have Bachelor degree (B.SC) in Biology specialist in Microbiology from the University of Damascus in Syria.
I want to study Ph.D in ( Medical Microbiology ) in the Faculty of Medicine - Department of Microbiology - at your respected university .
Now I study Russian language in the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in Minsk and I would like to move my study in doctorate to Russia.
Please provide me the cost of study for Doctoral ( Ph.D ) and the time necessary to do it .
I am married ... my wife with me in Belarus Now .. and she will accompany me in my studies in Russia .. Is it possible for doctoral students accompany their wives ??
What are The Cost for university housing ??

We regret to inform you that Saint-Petersburg State University does not offer any Ph.D programs in Medical Microbiology, but you may join Ph.D. program is Cellular and Molecular Biology.

International applicants can be admitted to SPbU both to places on a fee-paying (contractual) basis and to places funded by the Russian Government (Scholarship includes tuition fee and academic scholarship).
Admission information for the coming academic year about places funded by the Russian Government is published at the web-site of the University.

You also need to submit Diploma of your previous education with legalization with diploma's notarized transcript (it should be notarized in Russia or in Russian embassy). You also should have an application for Admission to an educational program, copy of an identity document with the indication of nationality and photographs 3 x 4 (4 pieces), made during the calendar year.A list of full requirement you may find here.
Please mind that all Ph.D. programs are offered in Russian only. Ph.D. students may be accompanied by their families, but in that case they must provide Passport and Visa Department of the University with the documents confirming their family status (Certificate of marriage), legalized in the stated order.
Accommodation fee may vary from approximately 400 rubles for Scholarship holders, to approximately 4000 rubles for contract students per month.
Accommodation period starts from the 25 of August, Ph.D. students normally live in dormitories in Peterhoff.
