Dear Andrew, in response to your request, I would like to inform you that only those persons who studied at St Petersburg University can be provided with an academic transcript of records and a certificate on diploma issuance.
To be provided with the academic transcript of records and a certificate on diploma issuance, the person studied at St Petersburg University or an authorized person under a power of attorney submits an application should submit their application with the handwritten signature in the name of Ms Marina Yu. Lavrikova, Senior Vice Rector for Academic Activities, indicating applicant’s exact email or postal address, last name, first name, and middle name (in full) to: 7/9 Universitetskaya Emb., St Petersburg, 199034. To verify the identity of the citizen, who signed the application, the authenticity of their signature on the application must be certified in due manner.
