Dear Ekaterina, I am Brazilian Citizen. Now I am in Narva, Estonia. I would like to learn Russian Language at Saint Petersburg State University, is it possible? How long takes from beginning to fluent? How many days a week I will have classes? Is it possible to have classes only at morning time? How much does it cost per year? Best regards
