Question: Could you please tell me if you are offering bachelor degrees in English for International Relations?

The answer of Vice Rector of Academic Affairs Marina Lavrikova: Main educational Bachelor programmes in SPbU are instructed in Russian. Information on Russian language courses can be found here. Information on admission to SPbU in 2013 can be found here. Regulations of Admission to SPbU in 2014 will be published on SPbU official website (Admissions Committee webpage) not later than 01.02.2014.
