Degree Verification issued by SPbU

Question: I with Netforce Global which is a 3^rd party background screening company located in the United States and we are attempting to verify a degree. Could you so kindly assist with information on how we can obtain a verification of a degree from ST. PETERSBURG STATE UNIVERSITY for the candidate below.

The answer of Vice-Rector of Academic Affairs Marina Lavrikova: Herewith I have to inform you that submitted data are not sufficient to verify whether the mentioned person studied at SPbU and was awarded Diploma or not. In order to check it and verify degree it’s obligatory required additionally to let us know period of study of the mentioned person (date of start and end of education period at SPbU). Moreover, it’s required to attach copy of issued diploma and point out the previous last name of the person if it was changed during the period of study or after graduation SPbU.
