I am a prospective student from Turkey. I was researching master and PhD programs about gifted education in Russia and came across this brand new one program in SPbU. There were little information about the program but I believe it is about to change. I was wondering if this program open to foreign nationals' application because I am planning to apply.

You can apply for the educational programme «Genius: An Educator for Talented School Students» for fee-paying places only. The deadline for application for 2018/2019 academic year is July, 6.
Follow this link to find information about tuition fees for 2017 academic year. Information about tuition fees for 2018 academic year will be published at the web-site before the 1st of June 2018.
Applicant also need to submit Diploma of his previous education with legalization with diploma's notarized transcript (it should be notarized in Russia or in Russian embassy).
This educational programme is taught in Russian language. Applicants should pass admission test in the form of the competitive selection of documents (portfolios). Portfolio includes motivation letter and essay written in Russian language. Please, follow this link to find the information about evaluation criteria for portfolio.
