I work for McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management. Annually, we organize an international fair for our students showcasing all the different countries in which we have direct bilateral academic exchange partners.
As we are direct partners with St. Petersburg State University, we need informational material like pamphlets and brochures on your university, Russia, and if possible, the city of St. Petersburg. During this event, the students will be invited to inform themselves on the different countries in which they will be able to complete an academic exchange.
If you would be able to send us any of the following to our mailing address listed below, we would greatly appreciate it.

Following your request let me thank you for your kind assisstance and inviting us to join international fair in order to promote Saint-Petersburg University as one of your partner institution and possible destination for doing exchange for your students. Let us confirm that required handouts (brochures on students exchange programme at SPbU) will be sent and delivered to McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management postal address during the nearest two weeks.
