中文 Question:Good evening, I have some questions. If I'm studying at REA of Plekhanov, can I change my university to yours? And continue my studying with no costs? Or I can do it only after a year by re-enter?

In case you are a foreign citizen and study on budgetary basis with an assignment letter issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, you can continue your education in SPbU on budgetary basis only after receiving a new assignment letter. Please note that there is a possibility of transfer to SPbU on fee-paying basis.
In case you are a citizen of the Russian Federation and study on budgetary basis, you have an opportunity to be transferred to SPbU on budgetary basis of education. Transfer is possible if there are vacant budgetary places. Academic difference that will arise up as a result of transfer must not exceed 10 courses. Academic difference is assessed on basis of the Transcript of Records issued by your current home educational organization. Transfer is possible after successful passing of interim attestation for 1 semester of the 1st course. Transfer to the final course is not possible.
Information on the following meeting of the Central Committee for Transfers and Reinstatements and documents admission timelines will be published on the website of Saint-Petersburg University in the Academic Affairs section in December, 2014.
