中文 Question: Now I am studying in Crimea state medical university in Simferopol and completing 2-nd year in medicine and now I want to take transfer from here to SPbSU. So, I want to khow whether its possible to get admission in SPbSU in 3rd year?

In accordance with Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Crimea on accession of the Republic Crimea into the Russian Federation and creation of new sub-federal entities of the Russian Federation (signed in Moscow on 18.03.2014), the Republic of Crimea has become a part of the Russian Federation. In this regard students of the educational organization located on the territory of the Republic of Crimea have the opportunity to be transferred to the educational organization on the territory of the Russian Federation. As you are studying at educational organization in the Republic of Crimea on fee-paying (contractual) basis you can be transferred to study at SPbU on fee-paying (contractual) basis as well. SPbU holds admission to the main educational specialist programme “Medical care”. Transfer is possible if the academic discrepancy will not be more than 10 disciplines. Academic discrepancy can be defined after submitting the academic transcript of records from educational organization where student is enrolled in. Student can be transferred on the basis of the exam results. The next meeting of the Central Transfer Commission at SPbU will be held on 29.08.2014. The application period will be held from 02.06.2014 to 08.08.2014 (up to and including). Additional information on transfer to SPbU from another educational organization is available on our webpage.
