I really want to continue my studies in St. Petersburg University. Can you tell me, how do I can continue to studying in Saint-Petersburg State University, and the procedure like what.
The answer of Vice Rector of Academic Affairs Ekaterina Babelyuk: In 2013 foreign citizens could apply to SPbU either to places financed from the Federal budget (within the quota established in the Decree of the Government dated 25.08.2008 № 638 "On Cooperation with Foreign Countries in Educational Sphere") or on fee-paying basis.
