The answer of Head of Admission Committee Egor Yablokov:

For Medical science SPbU offers following levels: specialist programs (5-6 years), internship (1 year), residency (2 years) and PhD (3 years). With your qualification level you can apply to the first year of specialist program.

Admission procedure to the fee-paid education includes entry examinations for foreign applicants that must be attended in person at the SPbU. List and forms of entry examinations for foreign applicants are available through the link.

Cost of education will be published by June, 1 2014. Foreign applicants can submit sets of documents to the Admission office for foreign citizens in person, send by post to the address: 199034 St. Petersburg, 7/9 Universitetskaya naberezhnaya, Admission office SPbU, or send them per the applicant’s Personal  Account on the SPbU Admission office web site.
