I had participated in open competition for foreigners ,results of which were published on 17th of JULY .I did not qualify it .On 18th of July I applied for PAID places ,Now admission office is saying me that deadline for paid places was 8th of july .I want to ask you how can one apply to PAID place until result of free places are published ??

According to the clause 10.19 of Regulations for admission to Main Educational Programmes of Higher Education «The acceptance of documents from international applicants applying for the fee paying (contractual) basis and requiring an entry visa to be admitted to SPbU takes place from April 1, 2017 to July 8, 2017».
