English Question: I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology in 1991. I obtained a MA in Engineering Psychology. Now I am planning to register in a Canadian university and I need a transcript to be sent directly to the university. I wonder what I have to do to get that done and how much that would cost. Please let me know.
The answer of Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Ekaterina Babelyuk: According to the paragraph 4 of the Instruction on issuing, completing and keeping documents of education of state sample, approved by the act of Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation on 10th of March 2005 N 65, the diplomas on higher professional education are being completed in Russian language. Thus you could make a notarized translation of diploma by yourself.
