Hello. I was wondering if you knew your course offerings yet for the next spring semester? This would be for a Civil Engineering international student, English speaking, looking to spend that semester with you who needs to take Russian language #4 as well as an introductory Water Resources Engineering course. Following your request let us inform you that students from partner-institutions can come to SPbU as exchange ones (with tuition fee waiving). Please find the list of SPbU foreign partners here. In case there is no any agreement between SPbU and your home institution we are able to offer you studying on a fee-paying basis. Tuition fee depends on the chosen field of study and will be announced later as more detailed information from you will be required.
Unfortunately, the courses you are asking about are not provided in English at the moment. However, we can offer you to take fee-paying Russian language course. Moreover, please find the link to our academic offer in other fields of study available for non-degree international students. Information on the application procedure, deadlines, required documents and other essential information that might be useful for you can be found here.
