Requested information can be provided only as a reply to officially signed and sealed request, obligatory containing information about reasons for requesting, full name of a person, who claimed that had obtained SPSU Diploma and a copy of Diploma. Request must be either mailed to SPSU, Universitetskaya emb., 7-9, St.Petersburg 199034, RUSSIA or sent by fax to the fax No: +7 812 328 9788
Please, also note, that in accordance to Russian Federal Law personal data can be provided to other parties only with permission from a person to whom personal data belongs.
