The answer of Vice-Rector of Academic Affairs Ekaterina Babelyuk:

There are no age limits for admission to SPSU.

Duration and intensity of the course of Russian language depends on your current level of language proficiency. Our course covers all 6 levels of Common European Framework for Foreign Languages, from Elementary (A1) to Advanced (C2). For example, duration of the elementary course A1-1 is 4 weeks, with workload of 21 academic hours per week of study and monthly tuition fee of 21 000 rubles. Please note that from January, 1, the fee will be updated to 31 500 rubles per month. Tuition is maintained in multinational groups, 10-12 persons in a group. Classes are held 4 hours a day, from Monday till Friday, 1 hour is allotted for the testing procedure.
