Application for one semester abroad

Question: I would like to apply for one semester abroad at Saint Petersburg State University, geographical faculty. I am studying geographie in Bonn, Germany in the third semester Bachelor of Science. I need to know where i have to apply and sent my application to, so please help me.

The answer of Vice Rector of Academic Affairs Marina Lavrikova: Admission to SPbU non-degree tuition-free studies is possible on the basis of agreements between SPbU and applicant home organization or directives of the Russian Federation public authorities. At the moment there is no bilateral agreement between SPbU and Bonn Universities, therefore you can be accepted to non-degree studies in SPbU only as a fee-paying student.
